Group of park residents invites all Sebring Villagers interested in adult coloring hobby
You’re invited to join a group of Village residents who are interested in the adult coloring hobby. For those not familiar, they will be coloring preprinted images with colored pencils, markers, pastels or your choice of media. There is no charge to participate. “You don’t have to be an artist,” said Patty Corradino, one of the groups organizers. “We just want to get together, have fun, learn new techniques, relax and enjoy each others company.”
Adult coloring is an inexpensive, portable hobby, that anyone can do regardless of skill level. “This is a great hobby for people who can’t draw, but want to create art,” Patty added. “We welcome both men and women.”
“We could also to hold classes, have guest instructors and show how-to videos. We’re just in the planning stages and want your input and suggestions”
Several residents are already involved in the hobby. Some, like Tami Mesenbourg, enjoy journaling in her Bible and other books. There are no strict rules. Participants can work at their own pace.
