Fitness opportunities abound at
the Sebring Village Clubhouse and pool
There are no lack of opportunities to exercise in Sebring Village. Fitness Walking class is at the Clubhouse at 8am, Monday through Thursday. There is also a class at 9am on Tuesday and Thursday. “Join us for a quick walking workout,” said instructor Carol DeArmitt.
“We’ll be line dancing every Thursday in the Clubhouse,” added Linda Davey. “Come join us and have some fun. It’s good for body and mind. I’ll be teaching beginner steps from 10 to 10:30am, and then beginner dances from 10:30 to 11:30am. Everyone is welcome, even if you have never line danced before.”
For a lower impact regimen “We have started a chair exercise program,” said Carol Farmer. “It will meet in the Clubhouse on Wednesdays, at 11am, and will last about 45 minutes. For more information call me at 270-363-6001.”
If the pool is your preference join Sally Johnson for Water Aerobics. “Classes continue Monday through Friday, from 10am to 11am,” she explained. “Please join us.”
